More efficient briefing services at Finavia's airports
Finavia Corporation is reorganising its briefing services, which will be centralised in the Briefing Services Unit located at Helsinki Airport. The reorganisation concerns Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Rovaniemi, Tampere-Pirkkala, Oulu, Pori, Vaasa and Turku airports, as well as the Finnish Area Control Centre in Tampere.

It is now possible to send a flight plan also electronically using structured form or free text editor.
Finavia and Karttakeskus join forces in aeronautical chart production
Finavia and Karttakeskus launch closer co-operation in the production of aeronautical charts. The parties have agreed that sales and distribution of aeronautical charts ANC 1:500 000 and VFR Traffic Chart Helsinki 1:100 000 will be taken over by Karttakeskus in October 2010.
Finavia's web service for aviators renewed
Web service for aviators on Finavia's website has been renewed. In addition to changes in structure there are two new services:possibility to file an electronic flight plan and EAD Basic service.
