Briefing Services

The briefing services include receiving flight plans and forwarding them to online networks. In addition, the services include the MET briefing service (Meteorological Services) and AIS/NOTAM services. They are also responsible for real-time communications (COM). The International NOTAM Office

The office is responsible for creating and publishing national and international NOTAMs as well as for producing pre-flight information bulletins to be used in briefing services. The office operates 24 hours a day.

Aeronautical Information Services

The aeronautical information services are responsible for gathering and distributing aeronautical information in all of Finland and in the airspace above the international waters surrounding Finland that falls within the boundaries of the Finnish flight information region. The office operates at office hours.
