Construction work related to airport operations and air traffic areas

At airports, it is possible to rent construction sites for construction work serving air traffic, within the limits determined by airport development and land use.

Other construction work

In the areas of individual airports, there are street plans and/or land use plans in place or being prepared, which enable construction work (also other than that directly related to air traffic) in the immediate vicinity of the airport.

At group level, Finavia's subsidiary Airport Real Estates Plc (LAK) is responsible for the development and marketing of these areas. Areas like this are located at the following airports: Helsinki-Vantaa, Jyväskylä, Lappeenranta, Turku, Kruunupyy, Oulu, and Vaasa.
