Services at the Airport
The Joensuu Airport terminal is open according to the flight schedule. The airport opens about two hours before the first departure and closes after the last departure of the day.

Travelling with children is made easy at Joensuu Airport. There is a separate baby care room in the terminal. Baby food can be heated at the café.
Services for the disabled
Getting from place to place is made easy also for the disabled at Joensuu Airport. The entrances at the airport are accessible. In addition, there are accessible bathrooms and parking for the disabled at the airport.
The airport also has wheelchairs for use at the airport. Remember to notify your airline if you plan to travel with your own wheelchair.

Joensuu Airport has a letterbox located in front of the terminal. There is no ATM at the airport.
Joensuu Airport provides facilities also for meetings. A comfortable and unique meeting room is located at the airport's old air control tower. The room is best suited for meetings of 10 people.
