Finnair pilots' strike begins on Monday 16 November at 00:01 hours.
Due to the strike some flights will be cancelled already on Sunday 15 November.
The flights with AY-numbers AY5610-AY8636 will be operated by our code-share partners during the strike.
Please follow Finnair’s website www.finnair.com to get updated information on flights and the effects of the strike. Telephone services are likely to be busy.
Customers whose flights are cancelled are urged to primarily contact the travel agent from which they booked their tickets.
Finnair will provide service to customers on the telephone numbers +358 800 9 3466 or +358 600 140 140 (3.12 e/answered call + lnc). Please see the local world-wide contact numbers on Finnair’s website.
Finnair will also inform customers using text messages so it is important that bookings have an up-to-date mobile phone number to be able to send customers information about changes caused by the possible strike.
