Departure and arrivals information to Kuusamo Airport on the Internet

Real-time information on departures and arrivals on Finavia's Internet site will be expanded this year to cover a total of 13 of Finavia's airports. The flight information for Helsinki-Vantaa Airport has been available on the airport's website for many years; currently, the service is also available at Kuusamo, Turku, Tampere-Pirkkala, Kittilä, Pori, Vaasa, Oulu, Jyväskylä and Rovaniemi airports.
 
During 2009, flight information will be available from the airports in Kuopio, Kajaani and Mariehamn. 
 
The information that is updated on the info screens in the terminals and the airports' websites comes partially from the system for the Area Control Centre and partially from database updates performed at the airport. The project on real-time flight information started in Finavia in 2006 and the aim is to get the real-time flight information for a total of 20 airports onto the Internet by the year 2010.
