Ryanair launches new route from Lappeenranta
Ryanair has launched a new route between Lappeenranta -Brussels/Charleroi on the 2nd of November. Route is flown twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays. According to the carrier the route has sold well already in advance. The first flight to Brussels took off with a nearly full cabin. On the first arriving flight to Lappeenranta the passengers were greeted by brothers Santa Claus and Wildman. The Wildman character is the symbol of the city of Lappeenranta from the Swedish name of the city, Villmanstrand.
