Lappeenranta Airport website now in Russian!
A new webpage in Russian language has been opened at Finavia, Lappeenranta Airport website. The fast increasing passenger figures at the airport and the amount of Russian speakers among the passengers influenced the decision. About half of the airports 60000 passengers are Russian speakers.
Through the site the passenger is given basic information about the check-in times and procedures. Also many questions can be answered about parking and land connections to the airport on-line.
In the future customers will be informed about issues concerning Russian passengers while preparing to travel through Lappeenranta.
From Lappeenranta 3 destinations in Europe, Dusseldorf, Brussels and starting in April, Milan, can be reached through Ryanair. Air Baltic flies daily via Riga to almost everywhere in Europe and many destinations in the Middle East.
