Services at the Airport

Terminal 1 is open every day from 5 a.m. to 2 a.m.
Terminal 2 is open according to the flight schedule, and it opens two hours before the first departure.
Finavia's information desk is at your service in terminal 1 every day from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. (saturday 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

Check-in and travel services
Airlines are responsible for organising check-in and baggage services for all passengers. These services are provided by handling agents at the airport. If you need more information on check-in or delayed baggage, contact the handling agent of your airline.

Restaurants, cafés and shops at terminal 1
Terminal 1 has two Hello Cafe restaurants that provide you with a peaceful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or a delicious meal. Before going through the security, take a moment to savour a snack with coffee or a tasty lunch.
After the security check, the second Hello Cafe offers specialty coffees, fresh home-made sandwiches, sweets and pastries.

Finnair Shop provides good opportunities for tax free shopping after going through security. The selection includes alcohol and tobacco products, cosmetics and souvenirs.

Restaurants, cafés and shops at terminal 2
Café Landing Lights at terminal 2 serves delicious coffee and snacks after the security check. The café has a liquor license.
Adjacent to the café is a shop that sells alcohol products, cosmetics and souvenirs.
The café shop is open according the opening hours of terminal 2.

Childcare
Travelling with children is made easy at Turku Airport. There is a baby care table in the accessible bathroom in terminal 1. The terminal also has a microwave for heating baby food after the security in the gate area.
In terminal 2, baby food can be heated at the restaurant.
Meeting facilities
Turku Airport provides good and functional facilities for various types of meetings.
The VIP room located in terminal 1 is best suited for 30 people. The room is equipped with a video projector, a flip chart and an internet connection. For enquiries and reservations, contact the information desk.
The banquette room at Hello Cafe in terminal 1 is best suited for 6 people.

Other services

Services for the disabled
Getting from place to place is made easy also for the disabled at Turku Airport. The entrances at the airport and the path between the terminals are accessible. In addition, there are accessible bathrooms, lifts and parking for the disabled at the airport.
The airport also has wheelchairs for use at the airport. Remember to notify your airline if you plan to travel with your own wheelchair.

ATM and postal services
Turku Airport has a letterbox located in front of terminal 1. You can buy stamps at the information desk in terminal 1. There is no ATM at the airport.
Lost property
Lost property is stored at the information desk for one month.
