Finavia hosts CAPA World Aviation summit

The commercial air traffic sector will set its sights on Helsinki in October.

Decision-makers in the commercial air traffic sector, and tourism sector directors will be Finavia's guests in Helsinki at the CAPA World Aviation Summit 2015 at Kalastajantorppa from 7 to 8 October 2015. The two-day summit will gather the industry's most significant managing directors, specialists and decision-makers in Finland.

Finavia is the host of the event, and is also CAPA's official partner for 2015.

"This demonstrates that our active work in developing air traffic has been noticed around the world and that people trust our expertise", says Joni Sundelin, SVP, Sales and Marketing fromFinavia Corporation.

The summit will be launched at Helsinki Airport, which is the leading transit airport between Europe and Asia. Helsinki Airport has 15 direct flight routes to Asia.

"This year, the summit will focus on the main trends of global air traffic, and on the tourism market. The main focus is on the regulations and limitations affecting our business", says Peter Harbison, Executive Chairman, CAPA Center for Aviation.
