Finavia offers a free Internet connection at Airports

Free wireless internet access is available at the following airports: Helsinki-Vantaa, Ivalo, Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Kajaani, Kemi-Tornio, Kittilä, Kokkola-Pietarsaari, Kuopio, Kuusamo, Lappeenranta, Mariehamn, Oulu, Pori, Rovaniemi, Savonlinna, Tampere-Pirkkala (Terminals 1 and 2), Turku and Vaasa.

Accessing the Web is straightforward. When your laptop is in the area covered by the airport WLAN, it is automatically shown on the display. The connection is shown as "Free Wi-Fi - Finavia Airports". No password is required to log in.

The Wi-fi connection improves the services offered to passengers at the terminals. You can conveniently use your laptop to check your e-mail or surf the Web while waiting for your flight.

Sonera HomeRun

The Sonera HomeRun wireless local network connection is available at Finavia's airports.
The system allows fast broadband access to the Internet for users with a portable laptop or palm-top computer equipped with a wireless network card and an Internet browser. Connection speed is as high as 11 Mbit/s.
