INTERNET SITE FOR PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS
The CAA has been involved in setting up an Internet web site for use by European airports, airlines and other organisations. The aim is to create a fast, easyto- use information network that will make it possible to compare and possibly harmonise working practices, working conditions, various benefits and professional training. The site is subdivided into five areas of personnel management: Recruiting and Personnel Development; Organisational Development; Work Environment and Requirements; Work Benefi ts and Rewards, and Training and On-the-Job Training.
Munich, Vienna, Paris (AdP), Lisbon, Frankfurt, Malta and Dublin airports have participated in the scheme, along with the Swedish and Finnish aviation administrations. Other organisations and airlines taking part include Lufthansa, the Portuguese-German chamber of commerce and Krems University in Austria.
