RELATIONSHIPS DURING THE FINANCIAL YEAR

No subsidiary companies have been established during the financial year within the Finavia Group. In December 2006, Finnair Facilities Management Oy redeemed shares in Koyj Lentäjäntie 1 and Koyj Lentäjäntie 3 from Finavia at a nominal value in accordance with the old shareholder agreements. Finavia’s ownership share of Koyj Lentäjäntie 1 is now 51.2 % and of Koyj Lentäjäntie 3 is 60.9 %.
