What is Schengen and Non-Schengen area?

Helsinki Airport is divided into Schengen and Non-Schengen areas. The Schengen Agreement is a treaty between European countries where internal border checks have largely been abolished. If you are traveling to or from a country that is not part of the agreement, you will be subject to passport control before entering or exiting the Non-Schengen area of the airport. How can I access lounges?

Show your confirmation email to the staff at the entrance of the lounge, they will grant you access.

Can I cancel my lounge booking?

You can cancel your order at latest on the previous day before your booking time starts. Cancellations made on the same day won't be refunded. The refund will be performed during the following 14 days of receiving the request. The money will be transferred to the same account/method you paid with. You can read more in our terms and conditions.

How long can I stay in a lounge?

Lounge visit is valid for three (3) hours within the limitation of opening hours.
