When you need functional and modern meeting and conference facilities at Helsinki Airport, Congress T2 Helsinki Airport is at your service.

You can organize meetings and conferences from 2 up 100 people; business negotiations, private events and compact exhibitions. Some areas have exceptional views to the runway.

Our most popular products are morning meeting package with coffee and full day package with morning coffee, buffet lunch and afternoon coffee. Tell us about your wishes and we will create a special package for you.

Versatile state-of-the-art conference facilities make meetings efficient. Our facilities are equipped with video projector, wireless network connection, screen, flip chart and stationary. Laptop and conference telephone available for an additional fee.

Check-ins in advance

We are situated in the 3rd floor above the check-in hall in terminal 2. The new security control is next to us so quick departures are guaranteed inside Finland and abroad. Participants not only save time, but also hotel costs.

If you want a super fast departure, let us take care of check-ins in advance, for example, during a meeting break. You can also buy other VIP services from us.

Also bus terminals, taxi stations and parking halls are nearby.
