A useful list: options for special diets at the airport

These days many follow special diets or perhaps strive to avoid unnecessary additives. These needs are well catered for at Helsinki Airport.

Gluten-free bread is available in nearly all cafés and restaurants, along with lactose-free and dairy-free products.

Options suitable for various special diets are clearly marked on restaurant menus, café signs, and product labels.

You can order your coffee with soy milk in most cafés, and soy milk can also be foamed for specialty coffees or ordered with a meal.

Airport cafés offer a wide selection of juices and smoothies that are dairy-free and additive-free. For a light snack, try a fruit salad or a nut mix, available at many airport cafés.
