Parking receipts

Here’s how you can obtain a receipt for your parking, even afterwards.

Parking areas P1 Premium, P2 and Short-Term Parking

The Moovy system is in use in parking areas P1 Premium, P2 and Short-Term Parking. When you pay for parking at a payment machine, you can have the receipt sent directly to your email address at the time of payment.
If you are using the Moovy app, parking is charged automatically via the app. Your parking receipt is available in the app.

Parking area P3, P4 and P5

You can download your receipt to your device via a QR code at the time of payment, either at the payment machine or at the exit barrier. You can also retrieve the receipt afterwards online for up to seven days after the end of your parking. To do so, enter your vehicle registration number, parking area and payment date. Go to the receipt service via the link and follow the instructions.

Advance booking

The receipt for an advance booking can be found in the booking confirmation sent to your email, under “Customer and payment details”. Click “Download receipt”. Alternatively, you can download the receipt via the Manage Booking page.
