1. The Terminal 2 taxi station will relocate from the entrance to the terminal’s ground floor on 15 April.
The new taxi station can be accessed from the terminal by taking an escalator or lift from Arrivals hall 2A next to Burger King. The taxi station, which is protected from the weather, is located one floor down on floor P.
2. The waiting area for disabled taxis will relocate to the new bus station on 15 May
Disabled taxis will move from their current location by around 100 metres towards the airport’s office buildings in front of the Scandic hotel. The bus station’s escalator will be completed by the end of May, and it will provide easy access to the check-in floor in Terminal 2.
3. Passenger drop-off will relocate to the arrivals level on 23 May
The ramp leading to the main entrance of Terminal 2 will be demolished during the summer. Therefore, the area in front of the check-in can no longer be accessed by car and taxis will drop off passengers one floor below at the arrivals level. The change will take effect on 23 May.
A new drop-off zone for taxi passengers will be opened, with an escalator connecting it to the check-in area. The drop-off zone will be completed in early June.
Access between terminals
Access between Terminals 1 and 2 by foot is only available indoors via the corridor connecting the two terminals.
You can also move between the terminals using Finavia’s free-of-charge parking bus. The bus stops are located on platform 10 at Terminal 1 and on platform 21 at the bus station of Terminal 2. The parking bus runs every 15 minutes, but there is no bus service between 1:30 am and 3:30 am. The bus also runs the whole night between Saturday and Sunday.
