Air traffic between Helsinki and Savonlinna continues

Hungarian airline Budapest Aircraft Service will operate the route twice a day during weekdays until December 2015.

Budapest Aircraft Service, a.k.a. BASe Airlines, has won the tender organised by the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the city of Savonlinna for scheduled flights between Helsinki and Savonlinna.

The traffic commenced on Monday 2 February 2015, and it will continue until 19 December 2015.

BASe Airlines operates the route twice a day, from Monday to Friday. Departure times from Helsinki are 8.05 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. and from Savonlinna 6.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. The flight time is less than an hour.

Tickets are available via the Airlink web site or through travel agencies using the Amadeus system.
