Malfunction in a conveyor system at Helsinki Airport causes delay in check-in at terminal T2

The malfunction affects the passengers of airlines that operate from the terminal T2. The departing passengers are advised to arrive early at the airport and if possible, to travel with hand luggage only.

A malfunction of the baggage conveyor system has been detected at the Helsinki Airport terminal T2. The system is currently being repaired. Longer waiting times at the check-in area are to be expected on Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th July as some of the check-in service desks will not be in use.

The malfunction affects the passengers of airlines that operate from the departure terminal T2. At the moment the malfunction doesn’t affect the check-in at terminal T1.
