Flights from Frankfurt to Kittilä via Oulu will be operated twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays, from June to the end of September. Currently, flights from Germany to Oulu Airport are operated by Lufthansa, from which the Oulu connection will be transferred to Discover Airlines. Discover Airlines is part of the Lufthansa Group.
Discover Airlines has increased its flights to the Nordic countries, which it sees growing in popularity.
