Meeting Services
We offer our meeting services flexibly from early morning until late evening, seven days a week. Whether you need a short meeting or a full‑day session, we’ve got you covered.
Our modern meeting rooms accommodate 1–10 people. Two of the rooms can be combined into a larger space suitable for meetings of up to 26 participants. All rooms are equipped with remote connection capabilities and a 98-inch display.
Located in the arrivals hall of the Main Terminal, our facilities are an ideal meeting point when some of the participants are flying in or heading to a flight after the meeting. Guests departing on a flight will be escorted to Priority Security, and complimentary parking is included for those arriving by car in the closest parking halls.
Is your group heading to a flight after the meeting? You can also book our check-in service, through which we take care of checked baggage and complete check-in on behalf of your guests. After the meeting, they can proceed to the gate smoothly via VIP or Priority Security control.

VIP Services
Our airport VIP services offer a carefully tailored experience where comfort and high-quality service enhance every stage of the airport journey.
Meet & Assist is a personal escort service where a VIP agent accompanies the traveler throughout the airport via normal passenger routes. Our assistance with check-in and baggage makes the journey seamless. This service is ideal for welcoming corporate guests or assisting travelers who may need extra support. Up to two greeters/companions may accompany the guest to the gate.
Business Express is a fast and efficient service for travelers with carry-on luggage only. The VIP agent takes care of check-in and escorts the traveler through VIP Security and, when needed, border control, followed by private transportation directly to the aircraft. This service is particularly suitable for arriving passengers or transit between flights.
VIP Service is an exclusive option for travelers seeking privacy and comfort. While the VIP agent takes care of check‑in and baggage, guests can relax in the VIP room and enjoy light refreshments. Travelers are escorted through VIP Security and, when necessary, border control, followed by private transportation to the aircraft. The service is available when departing on a trip, upon arrival, as well as during a layover.
All VIP services include standard airport authority formalities.
