"Gdansk is an important city for Finnish business and also an interesting travel destination. "We are happy that the important flight connection from Helsinki to the largest port city of Poland is now re-opened, after a few-year break," says airport director Ville Haapasaari at Finavia.

From Gdansk flights, there are also are excellent connections to 12 Asian destinations, which also supports the position of Helsinki Airport as the leading transit airport in North Europe.
