Soili Suonoja continues as the chairperson of Finavia's board

The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Finavia Corporation was held on March 19, 2013 in Helsinki. The Meeting adopted the 2012 financial statements and discharged the Board and the CEO from liability. Seven members were appointed to Finavia's Board for 2013.

Commercial Counsellor Soili Suonoja was selected to continue as the chairperson of the Board. Managing Director Jaakko Linna, General Counsel Harri Pynnä, CFO Pirkko Salminen, economic expert Ralf Sund, Head of Department Juhapekka Ristola and Air traffic controller Riitta Puro were selected to be as the member of the Board. The Ernst & Young Oy firm of auditors, with Tiina Lind (APA, CPFA), was selected as the auditor of Finavia.
