“Ryanair’s investment in tourism in Lapland is highly significant. Finnish winter and the stunning destinations in Lapland continue to grow in popularity. During the newly started winter season, Ryanair will operate a total of ten different routes to Rovaniemi,” says Petri Vuori, Finavia’s Director of Route Development.
In addition to Birmingham and Shannon, Ryanair’s new winter routes to Rovaniemi Airport include connections to Bristol and Manchester in England, with inaugural flights scheduled for the weekend of November 1 and 2, 2025.
The Irish low-cost airline Ryanair has been flying to Rovaniemi Airport since 2022.
