Drive to your reserved parking area. KORREK Pro-marked spots for car wash customers are located on the entry level of areas P1, P2, P3, and P5. If the marked spots are occupied, park in the nearest available spot. Make a note of your car’s location: parking hall, floor, and area.
The key drop-off and pick-up point is located on the arrivals level, opposite the airport information and parking service desk. Place your car keys in the envelope provided. Write your contact and vehicle details on the envelope. Drop the envelope into the grey cabinet marked “Key drop”.
Your car will be picked up for washing and returned to the same parking area where you left it. After your trip, you can collect your keys from the black locker cabinet on the same wall. You’ll receive a text message with the locker number and access code as soon as your car is ready.
If you haven’t received a text message at least one day before your return, please contact us at +358 40 127 2397. The car wash is open on weekdays from 7:00 to 17:00 and on weekends from 10:00 to 17:00.
Note: Your car will be washed one or two days before your return. If you return earlier than indicated in your parking reservation, please contact the car wash no later than one day before your arrival.
