The assistance call points can be found in the following locations:

  • Parking garage:
    • P3 A side at level T
    • P3 B side at level -1
    • P5 A side at level 2
    • P5 G side at level 2
  • Outside of T1
  • Outside of T2
  • T1 check-in area
  • T2 check-in area
  • At the train station

The call points have a telephone connection to the assistance service. Contact the assistance service at least two hours before your flight.

Remember that the assistance service has to be ordered in advance.
