During the holiday season, there are lots of departing passengers at Helsinki Airport. We recommend that passengers always keep an eye on their airline's communications and follow the airline's recommendation on when to come to the airport and any other instructions, such as packing instructions for special baggage.
The number of departing passengers in the terminal will be the highest in the morning between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. and in the afternoon between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
The busiest times for arrivals at Helsinki Airport will be the evenings of Saturday and Sunday, 19–20 April. Next week, Monday to Wednesday, 21-23 April, are also busy days for arriving passengers.
