The bus arrivals and departures platforms of Terminal 2, as well as the waiting area for invalid taxis, are now located in front of the Hotel Scandic.

Also, the shuttle buses for near-by hotels and Finavia’s parking areas have moved the new bus station. Their pickup and drop-off points are located in front of parking garage P5 on Lentäjäntie.

The bus routes in the airport area have also changed. Buses access the bus station of Helsinki Airport via Teletie and Lentäjäntie instead of Terminaalitie.

The bus station’s escalator will be completed by the end of June. The escalator will provide easy access to the check-in floor of Terminal 2. The bus station can be accessed from the Terminal via arrivals hall 2B.

Access between terminals

Access between Terminals 1 and 2 by foot is only available indoors via the corridor connecting the two terminals. You can also move between the terminals using Finavia’s free-of-charge parking bus.

The bus stops are located on platform 10 at Terminal 1 and on platform 57 at the bus station of Terminal 2. The parking bus runs every 15 minutes, from Monday to Friday at 3:30 am-1:30 am and from Saturday to Sunday 24 h.

The change is due to the extension of Helsinki Airport and the related construction work in Terminal 2.
