“We have seen Turkish Airlines establish a strong position in the Finnish market through excellent service and the world’s widest range of destinations via Istanbul Airport. We are especially delighted to see Turkish Airlines increasing its flights to Helsinki Airport for the upcoming summer season,” said Laura Inttilä, SVP and Director of Helsinki Airport at Finavia, in her congratulatory speech.
“The important Istanbul–Helsinki connection will strengthen even further, as we will increase our services in the summer season 2026 to as many as 18 weekly frequencies. Turkish Airlines will operate three daily flights on four days of the week from Helsinki Airport to Istanbul, offering onward connections to more than 350 destinations across our extensive network,” said Utku Yazan, General Manager of Turkish Airlines in Finland.
