Rules for public areas at Finavia airports
1. Always follow the airport rules and the instructions given by the staff. These create the foundation for a safe and pleasant experience and work environment at the airport.
2. Leaving luggage unattended at the airport is prohibited.
3. The airport has zero tolerance for any unruly behavior. Unruly behavior includes any disruptive actions, threats, disruptive intoxication, or similar conduct.
4. Disruptive alcohol consumption at the airport is prohibited. Intoxicated individuals can pose safety risks and cause disturbances to airport operations.
5. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) indoors is only allowed in designated smoking areas provided by Finavia.
6. Collecting bottles from commercial premises is prohibited.
7. Sleeping in the terminal's passenger areas without a valid travel ticket is prohibited. Departing and arriving passengers are recommended to stay in nearby hotels. Transit passengers may sleep in the gate area if necessary.
8. Be considerate of other passengers by behaving calmly and keeping noise levels moderate. In areas designated for quiet, it is especially important to respect the need for silence and a calm environment for other passengers. Offer seats reserved for people with reduced mobility to those who need them.
9. Begging, political activities, fundraising, and unauthorized trading or business activities are prohibited at the airport.
10. Demonstrations inside the airport are prohibited as they can cause significant disruptions to airport operations and passengers.
