The VIP & Meetings facilities in the arrivals hall provide an impressive setting for meetings and small events every day of the week.
Our modern meeting rooms are ideal for gatherings of 1 to 10 participants. Two of the rooms can be combined to accommodate meetings of up to 26 people, and a spacious lounge area is available for larger events. All meeting rooms are equipped with video conferencing capabilities and a 98-inch display.
Located in the airport arrivals hall, the facilities are an ideal meeting point when some attendees are arriving by air or travelling onward after the meeting. Guests continuing their journey by air may be escorted to Priority Security, while complimentary parking in the nearest parking facilities is included for guests arriving by car.
Is your group catching a flight after the meeting? We also offer a check-in service, allowing us to take care of checked baggage and complete check-in procedures on behalf of your guests. After the meeting, guests can proceed smoothly to the departure gates through VIP or Priority Security.
Meeting room rates start from €100 per hour (incl. VAT).
