In Helsinki Airport City, you can book a wide range of meeting rooms for your company’s use. Finavia’s office tenants can make reservations directly through the Taitori service, while other customers can book rooms via the Pilot reception.
All meeting rooms are equipped with modern meeting technology, and catering can be ordered through the reception or via the Taitori app. Our reception teams take care of welcoming your guests, and visitor parking spaces are available in front of the buildings.
Pilot, Lentäjäntie 3
On the 13th floor of Pilot, the meeting suite offers three rooms with stunning views over the airport and all the way towards Helsinki. The meeting rooms Airbus and Boeing are ideal for meetings of up to ten people, while the largest room, MD11, accommodates gatherings of up to 20 participants.
Wing, Rahtitie 3
Wing offers three meeting rooms for 2–8 people, as well as one training room suitable for up to 30 participants.
