Flight connections from Finnish regions to abroad will improve in spring when the Swedish travel agency Scandjet starts flights to Croatia and Italy from six regional airports.

The flights will be flown from Turku, Vaasa, Jyväskylä, Kuopio, Oulu and Kokkola-Pietarsaari airports.

The first flight will be from Oulu to the Croatian city of Rijeka on 28 April. In Italy, the Catania Airport will serve as the destination for the flights.

The flights will continue at least until November 2015 and they will be operated by the Swedish travel agency Scandjet. The company was established in Gothenburg in 2002 and it has 12 years' experience of organising trips to Croatia.
