– We are delighted that Wizz Air is expanding its offering from Turku Airport! This new route is already the second Wizz Air connection to Europe opening from Turku Airport this autumn. These new connections benefit both businesses in Turku and surrounding areas as well as leisure travelers, says Petri Vuori, Finavia’s Senior Vice President responsible for route development.
Wizz Air has previously announced it will begin flights between Turku and Bucharest, the capital of Romania, in October. The airline has operated the Turku–Gdańsk route since 2008.
Flights to Vilnius will begin on December 12, 2025, with three to four weekly departures. The route will be operated with the Airbus A321neo aircraft.
The flight time between Vilnius and Turku is one hour and 25 minutes.
More details and tickets are available on the airline’s website.
