If the airline or travel agency you booked your tickets from goes bankrupt or a package tour you already paid for is cancelled, you can find information and guidelines on the Finnish Consumer Agency website.

Airline traffic right restrictions

Authorities can restrict an airline’s traffic rights if severe deficiencies are found in the flight safety of the airline. In Finland, the aviation authority is the Finnish Transport Safety Agency.
