Parking Fees
You can pay for parking at Oulu Airport using the Parkman, Easypark or Moovy mobile apps. The parking fee at the airport is the same for all applications, but there may be differences in the service fees charged by the different applications. You must sign up to use the mobile app the first time you use it.
- Sign up to the app of your choice.
- First, indicate the start of the parking in the app.
- Assign the end time of the parking.
- If you'd like to extend your parking time, you can add more time in the app.
- At the end of the parking, please pay the parking fee directly in the app.

There are still traditional parking payment machines available at Oulu Airport, in the arrivals and departure halls, where the parking fee can be paid using a debit or credit card (excluding Amex).
Prices include VAT.
If you park for more than 24 hours, please select the daily rate. The minimum parking time in this case is always a full day.

Parking in the airport parking area is at your own risk.
Parking with a disabled parking permit
Parking with a disabled parking permit is free for the duration of your trip. Place the parking permit inside the car in a clearly visible spot, for example under the windshield. Wheelchair-marked spaces are located in the P1 parking area.
Dropping Off Passengers
There is a designated drop-off lane for passengers, located on the outer side of the outer lane (marked in yellow on the parking area map).
Electric Vehicle Charging
The parking area P1 offers electric vehicle charging. Charging fee is EUR 0,25 per kWh + EUR 4 starting fee. The customer’s service provider may charge additional fees. It is not possible to book charging station in advance. More information (Virta)
Fast charging for electric cars is available at Oulu Airport. The fast charging service is provided by Plugit. The charging station is located next to the parking area.
Heated Parking Spaces and eParking
To return to a warm car from your trip, please park on an e-post space in the P1 parking area. The service is charged 5€ / heating. Instructions for heating and charging services can be found here. Prices include VAT.
