1. Organiser
Finavia Corporation P.O. Box 50, 01531 Vantaa, Finland (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”)
Any other companies mentioned in the prize draw will not participate in the organisation of the prize draw and will not be responsible for the implementation or administration of the prize draw or for the selection of the winners.
2. Description of the Prize Draw and Eligibility
Participation takes place through a dedicated prize draw website, which can be accessed via a QR code distributed at the Charlie Goes To event.
All natural persons aged 18 or over can participate in the prize draw. The prize draw shall not be open to the employees of companies involved in the planning and implementation of the prize draw, or members of their families.
Participation requires that the participant has given a valid marketing consent through the prize draw form at the time of entry.
Participation is free of charge.
3. How to Participate
Participants may enter the prize draw by completing the prize draw form. Marketing consent is provided as part of the entry process.
4. Campaign Period
The prize draw is open for entries on 22 October 2026.
5. Liability of the participant
The participant shall declare that they are a natural person aged 18 or over.
6. Choosing a winner
The draw will be conducted on 26 October 2026. Finavia will randomly select 10 winners from among all eligible participants.
The Organiser is not responsible for any technical problems, such as disruptions to internet connections or systems, that may prevent participation in the prize draw.
7. Prizes and the prize draw schedule
Finavia will draw 10 winners.
Each winner will receive:
- a €50 gift card for restaurants and cafés at Helsinki Airport; and
- complimentary parking in the P2 parking facility for up to eight (8) days (maximum value €152).
8. Contacting the Winners
The winners will be contacted personally by email using the email address provided when entering the prize draw and granting marketing consent. Finavia will send emails to the winners from [email protected].
The winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within seven (7) days of the notification by replying to Finavia’s email and providing any required additional information, such as a postal address for prize delivery. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, Finavia will draw a new winner. If the new winner cannot be reached within a further seven (7) days, the respective prize will no longer be awarded.
Finavia is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete contact information or messages that are not delivered to the recipient due to reasons attributable to the recipient.
Prizes will be delivered by email and post. Gift cards to be delivered by mail will be sent to the address provided by the winner in Finland. The Organiser is not responsible for any delays caused by mail delivery or for the loss of the prize during mail delivery if the prize has been sent to the address provided by the winner.
The names of the winners will not be made public unless otherwise agreed with the winner. It may be separately agreed with the winner that redeeming the prize will be used to create content for Finavia’s content channels; however, this is not a prerequisite of winning the prize.
9. Restrictions and responsibilities
The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The winner is responsible for any additional costs caused by receiving and claiming the prize that are not specifically mentioned in these rules.
The Organiser’s liability shall not exceed the value of the prize. The Organiser is not responsible for any damages caused by participating in the prize draw or using the prize.
The winner can claim the prize at a time of their choosing during the validity period of the prize, within the framework of the reservation situation and availability.
Gift cards are subject to the valid terms and conditions of their issuer.
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value if the delivery of the prize is prevented for reasons beyond the Organiser’s control.
This prize draw is not sponsored, supported or administered by or related to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
10. Tax
The Organiser Finavia undertakes to pay the statutory lottery tax on the prize listed in these Rules.
11. Official rules apply to all participants
Participants agree to abide by the rules and decisions of the Organiser regarding the competition.
12. Personal information
Finavia processes personal information for the purpose of carrying out the prize draw. You can find more information on the processing of personal information in the privacy policy in the newsletter.
13. Changes to terms and conditions
The Organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions.
