VIP lounge

Facilities for travelling small groups, such as meeting trips and private parties

The VIP lounges in terminal 2, in connection with the Helsinki Airport Congress, are suitable for small groups’ meeting, reward and honeymoon needs and private celebrations.

Our comfortable lounges are decorated with Scandinavian design. Artek’s furniture crystallises the spirit of Alvar Aalto and modernism.

Our two VIP lounges are located in the conference centre area, just before security control. Each one is suited for approximately 8–10 people. Our third VIP lounge, for approximately 10 people, is located in the security controlled area.

Perfect start for a honeymoon and other special occasions

Our professional skilled multilingual VIP hosts can take care of your group – even when you can’t be there. We do check-ins in advance, take care of luggage and shopping, if necessary, and exchange currency for the trip in advance. We can pick people up at the gate and take them to the right gate, in addition to which we have two VIP reception services.

Our popular VIP Express reception service is suited for passengers in a hurry. Our VIP coordinators pick up the passengers and take them to the gate via premium lane.

Our considerate VIP reception services are suited for those who want to make their airport visit even smoother. Our coordinators pick up the passengers and take them to the gate via security control.
