How does the heating service work?
In the parking area, drive to an available spot with a heating plug connection. Take the heating plug from your car and bring it to the Finavia information desk at the terminal.
Notify our customer service staff of the day and time of your return. We will switch on the heating about three hours prior to the notified time of arrival.
What does the heating service cost?
The cost of the heating service is €10 per heating. You pay for it at the information desk when you hand over your plug to our customer service location. Please have €10 in cash with you.
If our service location does not have any staff, please take a preliminary information form from the desk. Fill it out and put the plug, form and €10 in a plastic bag. Seal the bag and drop it into the cabinet in front of the desk. The payment receipt is attached to the plug and you will get it when you return from your trip.
