The service points in Arrivals 2A lobby in Terminal 2 will begin to move to their permanent locations towards the end of April. The tourist information desk will move to its permanent location at the end of April. The ChangeGroup money exchange and the taxi service point will move to their new locations in May.

Richie’s Gourmet Hot Dogs will be temporarily relocated about 50 meters from its current location from the beginning of May until the end of June.

Building Burger King and other restaurants continues

Additions to the restaurant services in the Arrivals 2A lobby will emerge in summer 2015. For example, Burger King will open its doors in the 2A lobby in June. The entire restaurant section is expected to be ready in early autumn 2015.

Renovation of arrival services at Exit 2A soon completed

The renovation is conducted in two phases. The first phase is currently ongoing, and the second phase will begin in the beginning of May. The renovation is expected to be completed in June 2015.

Noise and dust possible in Exit 2A during the construction work

The goal is to carry out the work during off-peak hours, whenever possible.

The aim is to minimise the noise and dust problems, for example, by vacuuming the construction areas daily and by using tools with dust extraction systems in areas where there will be dust.

During the renovation, there will be fewer arrival service desks available than usual at Exit 2A. As a result, the service may become congested during busy hours.

Arrivals 2A to become more functional and pleasant

The services at Arrivals 2A will be centralised to make it easier for arriving passengers to access the services and leave the airport. Additionally, a large restaurant complex with a wide range of restaurants will be built in the lobby.

After the renovation, the range of services at the airport for arriving passengers and those picking up and dropping off passengers will be broadened.
