Turkish Airlines increases number of seats to Helsinki-Istanbul route

Turkish Airlines wide body service from Helsinki as of 25 March

Turkish Airlines has started operating one of its daily Helsinki-Istanbul flights with a wide-body passenger aircraft. The change will increase the daily seat capacity of the airline by 30%.

So far, Turkish Airlines has operated all its flights to Helsinki with an Airbus 321 narrow body aircraft. As of 25 March 2018, one of its daily flights will be operated with an Airbus A330 wide-body passenger aircraft.

The new aircraft will provide more seats, but also additional comfort to those travelling in Business Class with 180° Lie-flat Business Class seats and with Onboard Wi-Fi which is complimentary for all Business Class passengers.

Turkish Airlines will continue to operate its Istanbul-Helsinki flights twice per day and 14 flights per week.
