Laura Inttilä moves to Finavia from Posti, where she worked in the eCommerce and Delivery Services business group from 2020 and was responsible for managing Posti’s operations. Previously, Laura has held leadership positions in the international service business at Lowell Oy and several development positions at Nokia. At Finavia, Laura Inttilä will report to CEO Kimmo Mäki.

In accordance with Finavia’s strategy published in August 2025, profitable growth and the improvement of operational efficiency in the airport business are at the core of the company’s strategy. The aim is to use strong partnerships to support the provision of excellent airport services and the identification of new business opportunities.

Inttilä will start in her new role on 1 February 2026 at the latest. Before Inttilä moves to Finavia, Serlenius, SVP of the Commercial and Real Estate business unit, will also serve as interim SVP of Helsinki Airport.
