Helsinki Swimming Stadium

”My favourite sauna in Helsinki is at the Swimming Stadium. In addition to swimming and sauna, there’s a wonderful summer vibe! The stadium is easy to reach from the city center by walking, biking, public transport, or car. There are two saunas and a long 50-meter pool.” -Anna

Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport

“The Elements Spa at Clarion Hotel Helsinki Airport offers relaxation just steps from the terminal. The spa is situated in a peaceful courtyard, where you can enjoy a year-round outdoor jacuzzi and steam sauna. Lagoon Spa and Sanna's Sauna

"Sanna's Sauna in Vuosaari, Helsinki, has comfortable and soft steam, and the sauna can accommodate a slightly larger group at once. A mat leads to the pier, making it pleasant to walk along it for a dip in the sea. Another wonderful option is the Lagoon Spa in Keilaniemi, Espoo. The wood-heated sauna offers nice steam with a beautiful view through the glass wall. An experience for all the senses!" -Johannau

Kumpula

"Another great option for sauna and swim is the Kumpula outdoor swimming pool, located in a beautiful, lush setting. It was built for the 1952 Helsinki Olympics and is still a delight to both locals and travellers alike. Kumpula is only 20 minutes away from the airport, and easily accessible from the city centre, too, via public transport." -Anna

A dip in the baltic sea

"My favourite sauna is located on Lonna Island, off the coast of Helsinki. You can enjoy the atmosphere of the sea during the ferry ride from the Market Square. The beautifully restored old buildings create a unique setting for the sauna experience. The saunas are heated in the traditional way with wood. Between the sauna sessions, you can take a dip in the Baltic sea to cool off or enjoy the stunning archipelago views from the sauna terrace.” -Anniina

Löyly Sauna

"I have been to Löyly and Harjutori saunas in Helsinki, and I can warmly recommend both! They are easily accessible from city centre and from the airport." -Jarkko

Kuusijärvi Saunas

"I can recommend the saunas at the Kuusijärvi beach and lake. There are bigger and smaller steamy saunas for groups to book. It is one of my favourite destinations in Vantaa, some 20 minutes from the airport by car. A great place to spend a summer day away from the city and close to nature." -Liinu
