The assistance call points can be found in the following locations:
- Parking garage:
- P2 at level 1
- P3 A side at level T
- P3 B side at level -1
- P5 A side at level 2
- P5 G side at level 2
- Terminal check-in area
- Outside of the terminal, before entering the terminal from bus station
- At the train station
The call points have a telephone connection to the assistance service. Contact the assistance service at least two hours before your flight.
Remember that the assistance service should be ordered in advance.
