The Global Blue Refund Point is located near gate 50, after passport control.
If the Refund Point is closed, Finnish Customs in the arrivals hall can also assist with tax-free refunds around the clock. Please call Customs and be prepared to present your passport, flight details and unused purchases. A Customs officer will stamp your Tax Free Forms.
Stamped Tax Free Forms can be dropped off in the Global Blue Refund Boxes near gates 13, 29 and 52. Alternatively, you can use a standard postbox if you place the forms in a Global Blue return envelope.
Please keep the original shop receipt attached to the form and make sure you provide your credit card details.
Please note that Global Blue cannot issue refunds to prepaid cards.
