Meeting Services
We offer our meeting services flexibly from early morning until late evening, seven days a week. Whether you need a short meeting or a full‑day session, we’ve got you covered.
Our modern meeting rooms accommodate 1–10 people. Two of the rooms can be combined into a larger space suitable for meetings of up to 26 participants. All rooms are equipped with remote connection capabilities and a 98-inch display.
Located in the arrivals hall of the Main Terminal, our facilities are an ideal meeting point when some of the participants are flying in or heading to a flight after the meeting. Guests departing on a flight will be escorted to Priority Security, and complimentary parking is included for those arriving by car in the closest parking halls.
Is your group heading to a flight after the meeting? You can also book our check-in service, through which we take care of checked baggage and complete check-in on behalf of your guests. After the meeting, they can proceed to the gate smoothly via VIP or Priority Security control.

VIP Services
Our airport VIP services offer a carefully tailored experience where comfort and high-quality service enhance every stage of the airport journey.
VIP service is an exclusive option for travellers who value privacy and comfort. While our staff take care of check-in and luggage, guests can relax in the VIP lounge and enjoy light refreshments. We escort passengers through the VIP security control and, when needed, border control, followed by a private vehicle transfer directly to the aircraft. The service is available for departures, arrivals and transit.
Business Express is a fast and seamless service designed for travellers with hand luggage only. A VIP agent handles check-in and escorts the passenger through the VIP security control and, when required, border control, ending with a private transfer to the aircraft. This service is ideal for those who prioritise efficiency and smooth travel.
Meet & Assist is a personal service where a dedicated coordinator accompanies the passenger along standard airport routes. Support with check-in and luggage makes the journey effortless. The service is an excellent choice for welcoming corporate guests or assisting travellers who appreciate extra help at the airport. Up to two escorts or greeters may accompany the passenger to the gate.
All VIP services include standard airport authority formalities.
