Three new direct flights from the UK to Kittilä and Rovaniemi Airports next winter

EasyJet is expanding its network to Finnish Lapland with the launch of three new direct routes from the UK for the 2026–2027 winter season.

Starting in November, easyJet will launch new routes to Kittilä from London Luton and Liverpool, and to Rovaniemi from Newcastle.

The first of the new services, between London Luton and Kittilä, will commence on 24 November 2026. Flights will operate twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Flights between Liverpool and Kittilä will begin on 25 November 2026 and will operate twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The new Newcastle–Rovaniemi route will also launch on 25 November 2026, with flights operating on Wednesdays and Sundays.

In total, EasyJet is launching 13 new routes for the upcoming winter season from eight different airports across the United Kingdom.

EasyJet has been bringing travellers from the UK to Finland for many years. Last winter, the airline operated flights to Kittilä from London Gatwick and Manchester. EasyJet has also operated direct flights from the UK to Rovaniemi Airport from Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, London Gatwick, London Luton, London Southend and Manchester.

In addition to the UK, EasyJet also brings travellers to Finnish Lapland from Amsterdam, Berlin, Bordeaux, Geneva, Lyon, Milan, Naples, Nice and Paris.

The new connections will further improve accessibility to Finnish Lapland from the United Kingdom during the coming winter season. Flight time to Finnish happiness is only a few hours!
