Reception Services
The reception services in the Pilot and Wing buildings are available to tenants during office hours. Assistance is provided with, among other things, the following:
- Visitor reception and guidance: visitor badges, parking permits and taxi bookings
- Information and support: handling and forwarding call requests, maintenance requests, information sharing and coordination with service providers
- Receiving goods and deliveries

Finavia is responsible for leasing the parking facilities connected to the Pilot and Wing office buildings. For further information, please contact the leasing manager.
Employees working in the properties can rent long-term parking spaces in the parking garages and areas located within the airport area.
Parking pricing and availability are confirmed flexibly by agreement.
